Last summer I had the chance, again, to visit Omed Alam in Copenhaguen and film his training. Although it was a brief visit I managed to capture pretty nice highlights of him training with his coach Maciej Makinia and another member of team Denmark, namely Amalie Lovind.
I will weekly update this post with all their videos; but first here is Omed Alam’s “light” evening training session:
-Quick warm-up
-Snatch up to 120 kg
-Clean pulls+Clean up to 140kg
-Block clean pulls 140kg
-Behind the neck standing snatch press up to 70kg
-Front squat up to 165kg
